The Citadel Halifax Hotel, located at 1960 Brunswick Street in downtown Halifax, is being redeveloped to offer visitors a fresh experience during their stay and enhance the downtown landscape. The complex will be transformed into a mixed-use facility, featuring two new hotels, a residential building combined with restaurant and retail space. With a focus on people, sustainability and activity, the new project will add to a vibrant downtown core and positively impact the surrounding area. All proposed upgrades align with HRMbyDesign guidelines, while balancing attention to heritage assets and contemporary architecture.
